90-Weeks Journey Reflection 90 weeks of self-trained freediving taught me that progress comes from structure, patience, consistency, and learning from failures. From BOs and LMCs to safer, smarter training — the journey continues.
Week Summary Week 79-83 | Summary - Time Based Sessions (no wetsuit) This training cycle began as a simple experiment: shifting focus from distance to time. Instead of chasing meters, I extended dives by seconds, discovering greater awareness, control, and consistency underwater. Progress came naturally—without pressure—transforming not just performance, but mindset.
Week Summary Week 69-78 | Summary - Technique Focused Cycle + CNF PB 44m 👌🎉 After weeks focused on technique rather than distance, I faced doubt before a CNF start I didn’t feel ready for. I chose to trust the process, dive within my limits, and prioritize safety. The result: a calm dive, a clean surface protocol, and a new personal best — 44 m CNF with a white card.
Training Log Week 62-68 | Summary - Eight Weeks of Progressive Intensity, Finished Strong and Clean Two months of progressive freediving training took me from 75 m to a clean 125 m dive. By carefully increasing intensity, combining pool work with strength training, and listening to my body, I hit new personal bests safely—without blackouts.

Training Log Week 35-36 | Summary 🟥 Despite solid prep and near-PB dives in training, I struggled during the recent competition due to poor sleep, long travel, and stress. Two failed dives were a tough lesson, but I’m refocusing on managing competition-day challenges and growing from it.
Safety first - Blackout Rescue Session Freediving safety goes beyond "never dive alone." Through observing blackouts and practicing rescues, I realized how vital it is to tailor safety protocols to your environment, gear, and buddy's skills. Real training, not theory, builds real trust.
