Share your feedback on my DYNB🙏
I’ve been refining my DNF, but after 8 months, I tested my DYNB skills and hit 140m effortlessly. I’d love your honest feedback on my technique, pace, and relaxation. What did I do well? What can I improve? Share your thoughts below!

Hey everyone!
As you may know I've been working mainly on my DNF (Dynamic No Fins) technique, focusing on refining my movement and fixing some issues in my dives.
I haven’t focused much on DYNB, so I likely made several mistakes that could be easily corrected.
Recently, I recorded one of my dives and would love to hear your honest feedback!
This was my first long DYNB (Dynamic Bi-Fins) dive in eight months—I felt great, moved efficiently, and effortlessly reached 140m. I stayed fully focused on each movement, aiming for a smooth sequence of kicks and glides. After 100m, I felt my legs burning, so I added arm strokes to extend the dive.
Of course, there’s always room for improvement, and that’s where you come in!
Let’s create a valuable exchange of insights that can benefit not just me but also others refining their DYNB skills. I’d love to hear your thoughts on my technique, pace, relaxation, distractions, or anything else you think is key in a DYNB dive.
Your feedback is essential! 🙏
