This week was a powerful reminder that progression in dynamics isn’t just about leg kick technique. It’s a harmony of many elements—relaxation, turns, arm strokes, leg kicks, synchronisation, glides, muscle control, timing, and knowing when not to push too hard. When all these pieces come together, great results become possible.
