Week 29-30 | Summary 1️⃣5️⃣5️⃣m DYNB ✌️🎉
The last two weeks were focused on rest and dive safety awareness. I trained rescue scenarios, improved safety procedures, and had strong sessions both in water and at the gym. I achieved significant dives, including a 155m dynamic bi-fins personal best.

Last two weeks were more focused on rest and improving awareness of dive safety. I spent whole session on training rescue from the swimming pool in different scenarios, to build better awareness of the safety and to adjust procedures for our own environment. I had some good training sessions both in the water and in the gym.
During second week I needed to recover from an illness. Despite that, I achieved a few significant long dives that again demonstrated the right progress in the area most important to me—consciousness. I completed a solid 1️⃣5️⃣5️⃣m dynamic bi-fins dive, setting a new personal best ✌️🎉.
Additionally, I achieved a strong 119m DNF dive on a full breath without packing, marking a significant improvement from a few weeks ago, when I was doing 108m dives. I can see the potential to reach the 125m mark and make the turn, as I’ve hit that point multiple times.
Looking forward to the next training sessions!
