Week 14 | Summary ✌️🎉 1️⃣1️⃣4️⃣m

This week’s freediving training taught me the power of relaxation and mindset. By improving sleep, nutrition, and rest intervals, I hit 114m DNF and extended dive times. Slowing down and focusing on the moment made a huge difference. Excited to keep experimenting!

This week marked a significant step in my freediving journey, as I noticed something interesting related to my preparation, mindset, and physical conditioning.

Surprising Success Despite Challenges

The first training day began differently than usual. I had slept less than six hours, skipped breakfast, and didn’t consume enough carbohydrates. While I stayed hydrated, I also decided to skip my usual morning coffee to observe how it would affect my heart rate and sensations during the dive.

To my surprise, it was a fantastic session! I completed a 114m dive(new PB! ✌️🎉), feeling like I could have gone further. However, I stuck to my plan and surfaced as intended, leaving me very satisfied with the dive.
